It has been a hot dry month, so it is with some trepidation I begin the Quince-count. Please remember you have to read this in the voice of the Count from Sesame Street.
I begin:
1 Quince
Quince 2, 3, 4 and if you peer closely, 5
Quince 6
Quince 7
Yes I think there are seven - that is three more than I counted in July. So either they are a) good at hiding, b) moving around the tree as I count so that I double count them or c) I am just photographing the same one twice. Any of these options are possible.
What about Quince Minor I hear you say? Is he still around?
