Very precise is one of their advantages. (hence deadheading)

I'd be hard pressed to damage myself with our strimmers either since they are much longer than I am and I'm not sure how they would manage to attack me from so far away, and that blade is sometimes invaluable for chopping - as in cut down miscanthus and other tough grasses which even my trusty hedge cutter will moan about.

But your tool is much more beautiful than either. But then I did…. and I still have both arms, legs, hands and feet, much to my amazement. Still won't use them up stepladders though. Have to say also, that my Honda Izy petrol mower bought last season has been a complete and utter joyful revelation. if you are Uma Thurman, maybe I'm Sebastien Vettel?
Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07609378570741596783noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-574800003825292845.post-29521681701362160322014-01-04T11:09:12.461+00:002014-01-04T11:09:12.461+00:00I too love my hand tools! If you're after a replacement, I can't sufficiently recommend my small Bahco folding one, cuts on the pull AND the push (unlike most pruning saws), is viciously sharp and (a key point) has an orange handle! (Ray Mears uses a version, but his is all black. That wasn't a factor in my buying decision. Much.)Andrew OBrienhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10188859970193086995noreply@blogger.com
